About Super Lawyers
The 2026 Wisconsin and Minnesota Super Lawyers and Rising Stars selections are determined through a rigorous, multiphase process conducted by the research team at Super Lawyers. The selection process includes a statewide survey of attorneys, an independent evaluation by the attorney-led research staff, peer reviews by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary review.
Super Lawyers recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in each state across more than 70 practice areas. Rising Stars honorees are selected through a similar process; however, candidates must be either age 40 or younger or have been practicing law for 10 years or less, and peer evaluations are not conducted for Rising Stars candidates.
