Rachel joined DeWitt with more than 20 years of extensive paralegal experience in the Intellectual Property practice area. She plays an integral role assisting DeWitt’s intellectual property attorneys and clients while providing end to end portfolio support. She is responsible for assisting with management of client portfolios related to U.S. and International patent prosecution, trademarks, copyright protection, infringement review.
Rachel also provides intellectual property litigation support, including management of client deadlines, communication among parties, and document filings in federal and state courts.
