Michael S. McGuire

Michael is an estate planning attorney located in DeWitt's Green Bay office.  His primary practice focuses on estate planning and probate administration. Understanding that most families and individuals face unique circumstances, He is committed to providing tailored estate planning and succession strategies to fit the specific needs of each client. 

Michael’s practice also includes both general business and real estate matters.  He assists business clients in a variety of ways, including new entity formation and preparing and reviewing general business contracts, employment contracts, and company employee manuals. He also represents both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.

Prior to joining our firm, Michael served as an in-house attorney for a large manufacturer and wholesale distributor in Florida where he advised the CEO and senior leadership on general company matters, pending litigation, intellectual property, and the legal affairs of each department. Prior to that, he was an associate attorney at a personal injury law firm in south Florida where he handled pre-suit personal injury claims on behalf of plaintiffs. 

In his free time, Michael enjoys live music, outdoor adventures and traveling.  He also enjoys participating in community service projects and is currently the sitting (President, former vice president), of the Kiwanis Club of Ashwaubenon, which focuses its efforts on raising funds and serving those in our community in need.
