Kevin Dunlevy is a partner whose practice focuses on real estate litigation, title insurance disputes, real estate transactions, and creditors’ remedies. He represents lenders, title insurers, financial institutions, and businesses in complex real estate and mortgage-related matters, including foreclosure, redemption, title defects, regulatory compliance, and transactional disputes. Kevin is known for his deep technical knowledge of real property law and his ability to resolve high-stakes disputes involving layered legal, financial, and regulatory issues.
Kevin is certified as a Real Property Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and is licensed to practice in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin in both state and federal courts. His experience includes trial and appellate litigation, regulatory matters, and serving as an expert witness in mortgage and redemption fraud cases. In addition to his client work, Kevin is a recognized leader in real estate law policy and legislation and frequently teaches and writes on real estate and mortgage law issues.
