Jocelyn is an attorney with experience in insurance defense, civil rights litigation, and estate planning. She assists clients with a range of estate planning matters, including wills, irrevocable and revocable trusts, marital property agreements, prenuptial agreements, powers of attorney, business succession plans, and purchase agreements. Jocelyn also attends client meetings and prepares complaints, briefs, and other legal documents for court filings.

Before joining the firm, Jocelyn served as a Congressional intern in the U.S. House of Representatives, where she gained valuable insights into legislative processes and public policy. She also worked as a legal associate for the Wisconsin Department of Justice, handling complex legal matters and building her expertise in public service and litigation.
