Aaron is a civil litigation and trial attorney in DeWitt's Green Bay office. He represents businesses and individuals in a variety of matters and practice areas, including real estate, construction law, employment law, shareholder disputes, product liability, and other commercial disputes. Aaron also handles appeals in state and federal courts and serves as outside legal counsel to small businesses.
Prior to joining DeWitt, Aaron was a civil litigation attorney for four years in Minneapolis, Minnesota. When not in the courtroom Aaron enjoys playing golf, men’s league hockey, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

- Earned a reversal of a circuit court’s judgment granting a motion for summary judgment in favor of a property owner in construction lien foreclosure case which involved issues of first impression for the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and constructive notice under Wisconsin’s construction lien law. Following remand, secured a $650,000.00 judgment after a three day court trial
- Earned defense verdict after jury trial in agricultural construction litigation involving claims of defective design and construction of calf barn
- Won jury trial in dispute between members of limited liability company involving claims of embezzlement.
- Earned reversal from Wisconsin Court of Appeals in a securities fraud case after circuit court granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment
