Bill focuses his practice on offering legal guidance to clients in the areas of banking, including lending, bank regulation and compliance. He also advises clients on general corporate matters, including organization, structure and mergers and acquisitions. And, he assists with real estate matters, including purchase, sale, financing and leasing. His clients depend on his common sense, business smarts and knack with numbers. He dedicates himself to fully understanding all of the business and legal needs of his clients.

His clients include financial institutions, businesses and real estate companies, small and large, turn to Bill for advice. He represents lenders, businesses and real estate companies across a multitude of industries with their legal needs.

Bill recently represented a local Minnesota-chartered state bank in the successful sale to a Wisconsin-chartered credit union. He has also been involved with numerous presentations to law schools, attorneys and others affiliated with the legal industry on a range of topics and issues.
