Robb M. Evans

Robb is an attorney in DeWitt’s Business practice group. He advises clients on a plethora of business and real estate matters and has served as outside general counsel for several businesses. Robb has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation.  Robb also frequently works with business owners in their succession planning while transitioning the business to a family member or third-party owner.

Robb also counsels clients on real estate matters. He represents clients in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. He also advises clients on commercial and residential leases. He also negotiates land use approvals with municipalities and private easement agreements between landowners.
