Nick is an attorney at DeWitt’s Green Bay location and a member of DeWitt’s business practice group. Nick concentrates his practice on business transactional matters, with a primary focus on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and general corporate law.
Prior to joining DeWitt, Nick gained valuable experience practicing in the Green Bay area soon after graduating from law school.
Nick earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. During his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
