Nick is an attorney at our Green Bay location. Nick concentrates his practice on business law, which allows him to assist business clients in several ways, including, entity formation, drafting and negotiating contracts, mergers and acquisitions, owner buyouts, real estate transactions, and general corporate law. Prior to joining our firm, Nick gained valuable experience practicing in the Green Bay area soon after graduating from law school, and, prior to that, by assisting a Fox Valley flexible packaging company with their contract and real estate needs as a legal intern in its general counsel department.
Nick grew up in Neenah, Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison before graduating from Marquette University Law School. During his spare time, Nick enjoys running and attending sporting events.
