As the IP Operations Manager in DeWitt’s Intellectual Property practice group, Kristen supports attorneys and clients with the filing and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark applications. She also monitors the status of the pending applications, and communicates with clients and foreign associates as needed throughout the prosecution of the matters in their intellectual property portfolios.
Kristen serves as the Docketing Administrator for DeWitt’s Madison, Brookfield, and Minneapolis offices in order to ensure all necessary deadlines are docketed and reported to the appropriate attorneys. She also facilitated a significant upgrade to DeWitt’s docketing software and has introduced the new system to the IP staff and assisted with all necessary training.
