Jonathan E. Sopha

Jonathan focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate and business matters.  With more than 20 years of legal experience in private practice and as in-house counsel, Jonathan recognizes the importance of advising on legal risks and strategy while remaining aware of client business goals.  

His experience includes navigating purchase and sale negotiations, leasing transactions, governmental permitting and approvals, condominiums and community associations, real estate investment arrangements, financing, title issues, construction and design services agreements, franchises, general contracting, business formation and general business transactions.

Jonathan works with a wide variety of businesses and clients from a broad array of industries. His collaborative approach with his clients is responsive, client-focused and emphasizes practical outcomes.  He understands that the most productive attorney-client relationships are based on trust and results. Jonathan’s personal interests include outdoor pursuits, being a long-time homebrewer, being a former Bucky Badger and full time Wisconsin fan.
