Jessica A. Beyer

As DeWitt’s Director of Human Resources, Jess Beyer helps create an environment where people can do their best work, grow their careers, and contribute to the firm’s success. With more than 25 years of experience in the legal industry, Jess leads the firm’s human resources strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee engagement, professional development, and retention.

Jess works closely with firm leadership and employees across DeWitt’s offices to strengthen the employee experience and support a connected, collaborative workplace. Her approach reflects DeWitt’s commitment to excellence, teamwork, entrepreneurial problem-solving, and character in action. Whether welcoming new employees, developing programs to support existing team members, or helping the firm navigate change, Jess focuses on practical solutions that serve both DeWitt’s people and its clients.

Her broad legal management background also includes accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, vendor relations, information technology systems, and facilities management. That experience gives Jess a firmwide perspective and an understanding of how people, operations, and culture work together to support excellent client service.

Jess serves on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Association of Legal Administrators, where she supports the professional development of legal management professionals and the continued advancement of the legal industry.
