Jack brings a wealth of experience in business law to the firm, focusing on private equity transactions, corporate acquisitions, and real estate bond transactions. Jack has represented private equity sponsors in acquisitions and add-on transactions, working with financial institutions, co-investors, buyers and sellers.
His expertise extends to drafting senior and mezzanine financing documents, including note purchase agreements, security agreements, and pledge agreements. Jack also has experience coordinating borrower-side real estate transactions and advising clients on complex securities and asset purchase agreements.
During law school, he served as Managing Editor for the Minnesota Journal of International Law.

- Represented a developer in the acquisition of a complex 55-unit scattered site low-income housing development, including real estate, financing, equity, bond, and acquisition documents
