Anastasia Pelzek

As a Paralegal in DeWitt’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, Ana supports attorneys and clients with the filing and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark applications. She also monitors the status of the pending applications, and communicates with clients and foreign associates as needed throughout the prosecution of the matters in their intellectual property portfolios.

Ana also assists the IP Docketing Administrator with DeWitt’s Madison, Brookfield, and Minneapolis offices in order to ensure all necessary deadlines are docketed and reported to the appropriate attorneys.

Ana has a Bachelor’s degree in Education, a Paralegal Certificate from Penn-Foster University, and also completed a Patent Paralegal Certificate program from IPLEGALED. Ana is also bilingual and speaks fluent Greek.
