DeWitt President & Managing Partner Tim Stewart Named to BizTimes Wisconsin 275

Tim’s inclusion reflects both his firmwide leadership and his nationally respected legal practice. As President and Managing Partner, Tim leads DeWitt’s strategic direction while maintaining an active practice focused on employee benefits and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). Based in DeWitt’s Brookfield office, he has helped more than 100 companies throughout the U.S. become employee-owned and continues to work with many of those companies in their ESOP journeys.

In the non-profit world, Tim is on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Waukesha County Business Alliance.  In addition, starting in 2026, Tim will be the Chair of the Board of Directors of the United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF) in Milwaukee.
