Associate Attorney Kyle Doerrler Joins the Expanding Intellectual Property Practice Group at DeWitt LLP
Today DeWitt LLP announced Intellectual Property (IP) associate Kyle Doerrler joined its IP practice group in its Minneapolis office.
Doerrler’s experience includes patent procurements in the U.S. and internationally. Encryption, malware detection, network communications, database management, video compression and UI/UX design are among his specialty areas. He is also well-versed in navigating subject matter eligibility rejections as well as identifying elements of software from prior art to maximize patentability coverage.
He earned a J.D., with honors, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. Doerrler is admitted to practice in Minnesota, the U.S. District Court of Minnesota, and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
