Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Names DeWitt LLP a Winner of the Milwaukee, WI Top Workplaces 2023 Award

May 22, 2023 | Michelle M. Friedman

DeWitt LLP has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“We are absolutely thrilled to receive the Top Workplaces 2023 award,” said Timothy Stewart, DeWitt’s President and Managing Partner. “It’s an incredible honor and a testament to our unwavering commitment to creating a workplace that is positive, supportive, and empowering for all of our team members. This recognition acknowledges the exceptional culture we’ve built at DeWitt and the outstanding talent that drives our success. I couldn’t be prouder to lead such an elite firm and work with a team that continually inspires one another to achieve greatness.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
