GREEN BAY | MADISON | MILWAUKEE | MINNEAPOLIS - DeWitt LLP is pleased to congratulate Julie Nagorski on her inclusion in Minnesota Lawyer’s inaugural "POWER 30 in Construction and Real Estate Law,” as one of thirty “power brokers who lead and influence various parts of the legal community.” The Power 30 selections were made by the editorial team based on their experience, interviews with respected attorneys and others around the State, and a review of the outcomes of significant cases handled by these attorneys.

Nagorski represents institutional clients, families, and individuals in lawsuits of all types that involve the land and the structures on it, as well as advocating before state agencies, cities, counties and townships, on a wide variety of licensing and permitting issues.  She is a co-chair of DeWitt’s Litigation Practice Group, a member of the Minnesota State Bar Real Property Certification Board, the past chair of the Hennepin County Bar Association Real Property Section, and serves on the boards of two non-profit organizations, Bundles of Love Charity and The Phoenix Residence, Inc.  She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and a  B.A., with highest honors, from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
