Brookfield or Madison - ERISA Attorney

Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Work on new ESOP transactions (creation of new plan document, summary plan description).
- Prepare, review and revise plan documents and summary plan descriptions for qualified plans.
- Research and respond to client inquiries related to ERISA, COBRA, ACA, Section 125, and other employee benefit plan-related topics.
- Drafting of nonqualified deferred comp plans such as stock appreciation rights and phantom stock plans.
