Associate Attorney Nicholas Stratton Joins DeWitt

GREEN BAY | MADISON | MILWAUKEE | MINNEAPOLIS – DeWitt LLP law firm announced attorney Nicholas Stratton joined its Litigation practice group in the firm’s Madison office. 

Stratton’s experience includes litigating civil cases in federal and state court for the nation’s largest producers and manufacturers of oil, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and technology.  As a litigator, he has managed all aspects of cases and is well-versed with procedural and pretrial training in motion practice, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence, local court rules, judges’ standing orders, and other administrative rules governing the life of a case through trial.

​He earned a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. from Tufts University.  Stratton is a member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and California.
