Tim concentrates his practice in commercial litigation with a focus on real estate, construction and title insurance issues. He has experience in the areas of mechanic’s lien laws, public contractor’s bonds, public bidding requirements and construction litigation. His background includes a strong commercial business practice representing  closely-held corporations, principally in the construction industry.
